Wendy's holistic and transformational bodywork incorporates the Light and Spirit to assist with healing and balancing in your body, mind, and emotions. It integrates bodywork with energy healing and spiritual counseling. It can assist in letting go of patterns or issues that have been held in the body, in service to experiencing your natural state of health, balance, joy and vitality - whatever is for your highest good.

  
 

  • Polarity Therapy: balancing and rejuvenating the body and it's energy system. A holistic approach including body, mind, emotions and Spirit. It incorporates nutrition, meridians, chakras and elements.
  • Integrative Cranial-Sacral Unwinding: Cranial-Sacral therapy plus intuitive energy work to assist the body and spine in balancing, healing, and releasing any energy blocks or dis-ease.
  • Sensory Repatterning: Nurturing body rocking and motion to assist muscles in letting go from the inside out. (Similar to Trager method.)
  • Intuitive Swedish Massage based on the "IPSB Technique". A mix between Swedish & Esalen massage that also includes energetic and emotional support as desired.
